How should I choose the transfer time when going to the airport?

Please note that when choosing the transfer time, you must be at the airport at least 1 hour before the flight time for domestic flights and 2 hours before for international flights. The vehicle will pick you up at the time you have chosen.

Is it possible to stop at another point during the transfer?

The transfer is made from your pick up point to the drop off point. No pause in transfer can be made. The vehicle goes to the drop off point without stopping.

If my plane is delayed or landed early?

We track your flight from the flight number you provided during booking. If your plane is delayed, your driver will wait until your plane lands in the area. In this case, you do not have to pay an additional fee. However, if your flight has changed significantly, you need to inform us by email or phone.

How will I meet the driver?

5-6 hours before your transfer, your driver's contact information will be sent to the mobile phone and e-mail address you provided during the reservation.

What will I do if my flight is canceled?

In the event of a flight cancellation not caused by you, your money will be refunded. Please inform us of your flight cancellation via email or phone.

How can I pay?

In the last step of the reservation, you can choose between cash or credit card payment options in the vehicle.

How long in advance should I make a reservation?

The last reservation time varies according to the vehicle you want and the city where the transfer will be made. You must have completed your reservation an average of 24 hours before.

May I cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation free of charge until the last cancellation time you will see when purchasing.

Can I make changes to your reservation?

Yes, you can make changes to your reservation information until the last time you see when purchasing.
